A relaxing class designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles, improve flexibility and balance, and improve your mood and wellbeing. Standing and floor-based.
These exercises are functional and designed to improve everyday movement and increase mobility, strength, flexibility, reaction time, balance, and well-being. Perfect for the less mobile and those returning to exercise. The exercises are performed both standing behind and sitting on a sturdy chair.
Our wellness workshops combine mindfulness through nature, gentle exercise, and relaxation. Designed to connect people and inspire you to live a healthier, less stressed, and happier life! The workshops can be delivered at your location or at one of our selected community spaces.
